All approved Elite Creed Natural wholesale accounts are permitted to sell Elite Creed Natural's products on their privately-hosted online website (i.e. Boutique.com and in their brick and mortar store only, unless otherwise noted. Resellers are not permitted to sell Elite Creed Natural's products on third-party e-commerce sites, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Jet.com, Walmart.com, etc. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in termination of the wholesale account. Exception to rule: Amazon.com and Tik Tok are only third party marketplace that is Allowed at this time.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges will be assessed for all wholesale/ white label/ custom orders. Elite Creed Natural's makes every effort to ship wholesale orders within 7 business days of receiving payment.
RETURN POLICY
Elite Creed Natural's does the absolute best to deliver all products against defects. If you receive a product you believe to be damaged or defective, please email us at cs@elitecreednatural.com for instructions and to receive a replacement. All wholesale orders are considered final sale.
PAYMENT
We require that payment be received prior to the shipment of your order. Elite Creed Natural does not offer credit terms for wholesale accounts at this time.
